A new TV show hosted by the fabulous Jill Wagner, (ABC's Wipeout, MTV's Teen Wolf and Punk'd) called Handcrafted America features artisans all over the country that are making things with their hands and keeping their old school craft alive. I'm beyond stoked that they asked to feature us! Watch Jill and I have a blast in local Austin store, By George, talk shop in my studio where I teach her how to saddle stitch, and hang and sing with some of my most favorite people in Austin including local musician Dan Dyer.
“They just don’t make things the way they used to!” That’s a common phrase uttered by many people, usually, when reminiscing about the care and love put into products and crafts in years past. Well, it turns out, there are lots of folks who make things “the way they used to,” and INSP is out to discover the people who do it!" --
Episodes started airing March 1st. Our episode is number 5 and airs TONIGHT, March 22nd at 8ET. We're honored to be featured in the same episode with the incredible knife makers, the DesRosiers, and wood carver Eddie Hamrick. I hope you will join us! And thank you for checking out my leather goods at cambriahandmade.com and my photography at cambriaphoto.com.
Check out the VIDEO of Jill and Cambria having fun talking music and leather.
